hi i want to know if anyone has the ps3.. i know its stupid asking on a halo forum where everyone (or most) have xbox for halo 1 and 2 and 360 for halo 3.. but i wanna test the friends list thing on the ps3

i do have friends but none of them have ps3 probibly because its hard to get

o yea i thought it was cool how the ps3 (unlike all systems before (i think)).. the ps3 has free online gaming and internet browsing and buddy list for chatting and gaming(by text, video, and audio)

I'll tell you now. The PS3 was a screw up marketing wise by Sony. They shouldn't have made the consumers buy the BlueRay Disc Drives pre-installed in the systems. Theres barely any use for them yet. Greedy Bastards. Internet Browsing? lol Psp does that and so does the Wii! Woo go Wii!? lol...Woo go Wii! rofl.

heh, what about the quote from one of Sony's staff, something along the lines of that developers will never be able to use 100% of the systems power...
Its a two way thing which is funny

Either that its just so powerful, or that nobody knows how to use it...It caused many angry people coz they paid so much to get something that never uses 100%

I was at Fred Meyer a couple days ago, and I heard them announce over the PA system that they had four 60 gig PS3's.

I wanted to see what kind of rush was going to occur to get to them, so I went and watched, got a text from my friends, met them in the parking lot, came back in, and guess how many had sold?

NONE.

You can't even get ~$100 profit from eBay anymore.

The PS3, and this is in all sriusnus, the PS3 is Epic. Failure.

There ain't no Wii's at my Wal-Mart, but there sure as hell are some PS3s. There are plenty of Xbox's nowadays, so when I finally get the money, i'll get one.

I have to admit that the graphics on the PS3 are better than great. But I havnt seen any great titles coming out for it. Therefore, it's usless.

I wanna get the Wii though. Sounds like it would be pretty cool.

My cousin who live right next door to me does. He runs his a 1080p and it doesn't look any better than the 360. All the textures look ugly and stretched. It also brightens the games way to much. So far i don't like it, If you don't believe me about the stretched textures, look at the GameSpot comparison shots which can be found: here
