you need a modchip first off all. go here www.xbox-scenes.com
then you need an FTP program, i suggest filezilla
then you need hmtv3
there are tutorials on this site and www.halo-scenes.com

well you can use do an exploit but modchips are muc easier
theres tuts on that site too
