Have any of you ever seen the site that gives instructions on how to identify if your son is a 'computer hacker'? I think it might have been a joke because it was so outrageous, but funny nonetheless. It included such gems as using the 'illegal hacker operating system Lunix' (not Linux, Lunix); and playing the virtual reality hacker video game 'Quake'.

People are so clueless.

EDIT: Here it is.
It has to be a joke though; apparently "Lunix" was written by a Soviet computer hacker named Linyos Torovoltos.

WTF?

If your son has requested a new "processor" from a company called "AMD", this is genuine cause for alarm. AMD is a third-world based company who make inferior, "knock-off" copies of American processor chips

What the hell? AMD processors are great! all of my computers have AMDs except my notebook! (stupid piece of crap pentium 3..)

How the hell is it suggesting your a hacker if you ask your parents for a computer upgrade??? And asking for a processor by AMD is dangerous because they sell knock off cpu's and that intel is better. Wtf...there are just some crazy people out there.

Actually, they did say you might have legitimate reasons, so at least they are right there. I want a new graphics card, hell, need a new graphics card so that I can use Microsoft's XNA, which I have found can do some amazing stuff I can't even do in DirectX yet.

It better be a joke, they say Flash is hackerware. Wtf? Flash comes built into Pocket PCs and Sony's PSP (yep, not that good though...) Flash is required to view the AOL ad at the top of this page!

And AMD processors? AMD isn't based in a third world country. They own one of the biggest graphics card companies in the world (I still think nVidia is better)
