You have to get 100 posts, but do not spam your way up there. Look at the halo mods rules to see all the ranks.

the part i dont get is the URL. i found websites with tons of avatars but dont get how to use em. i think i need to take computer classes

No, Avatars, Insert the URL where it prompts you to.

Signatures have to have specific tags on it.

Like for example, the signature;

has a specific tag.

Just make sure it is under, or at 500X120 and under 75KB.

and the Avatar 90X90 and under 15KB.

my avatar is 100x75... is that okay? cause the rules and regs sugested to use image shack and i did but it only goes down to 100x75. if its not okay then ill delete it

then how can i upload my own pictures into 90x90? i cant find any website to change it into URL other then the site the rules suggest. anywhere i can do it?

Go download the 30 day photoshop CS2 or get Gimp. Then upload your image to Photobucket or Imageshack.

if you have 3ds trial make a sig in their like i did (look at my sig

)
and also i perfer sitesled for my filehosting they do a much better job than most of the "bigger" companys.

That's not against the rules or anything, but I strongly suggest you not use Paint. You could always post a request in the Gallery forum, and someone could make one for you. Be sure to be specific what you want, though.
