How do you make mods with HMT3 cuz when i installed it messed my halo

Good job being as vague as possible there. Replace whatever map(s) you screwed up with original copies from the Halo CD (see the sticky post in this forum) and give us some more details next time.

yes yes you can mod the halo demo just alot of limits, like you cant rebuild a map for the demo and some other shit i cant remember

but hey you sure as hell can make alot nOObie mods

I will say this verry kindy......please just do a search, on google or in these forums. but i will start you off i gues, ok, open halo map tools,now were it says on the bottum (open map file) click that and find ur microsoft game>HALO>THEN MAPS>OPEN A map by ckicking on it>it will then load in HMTv3,... go to for insatace projectile then click on pistol itll then be hilighted ok now just go to swap and pick spmtin to swap it with like tank shell, ur done just save, the close the program and open a game when i the game select the pistol and stand back.....just 1 of many thing u can do
and like that other guy said(cant remember name cuz im righting this)just use ur HALO C.D. TO BRING UR MAP BACK
