whered that mod for eliminating target leadin go?

im lookin for that one mod someone released (cant remember who, sry) that was supposed to eliminate or greatly reduce target leading. if someone can give me a link to it that would be great. also, dont give me any shit about not useing Search because

A) i cant remember teh topic title, and
B) i spent a fucking hour goin thru the last 20 pages on this forum lookin for it.
