I'll have the patch up in a few minutes... but there are still some major probs withthe map.. lol

EDIT: ok, patch is up... still not finished by any means... but what i have is up.

I would love to put a fire in the middle.. but i cant open it in entity's BSP viewer... any other way? I might be able to find the coordinates. idk though.. any suggestions?

I dont see why there would e a fire whe there is snow on the gound and it s snowing. just dont see the point

a fire in the cave would be cool... but I still cant use the BSP viewer.. arf.

I would just like to say, not to suck up or anything, just out of my true opinion that I like this mod. I was considering doing something like this before releasing the tool, but i didnt.

If you would like to fix the death zone, Open the map in Entity. Go to the scnr.. Click Tools-> Meta Editor


Find Death Zones, and change "Z" to -999 :wink:

Also did you include special spawns and objective locations?(Those are the gametypes and gametype spawns) :wink:

I was hoping that he included them as well.
As for the fire you could just use Cord Finder by GG, which is very old but it could get the job done...I don't know if the download is still up. I don't think a fire would be that great but in a cave that's a pretty good idea. You should try to get some little wood from a Campaign map *Yes, there is wood in Campaign* and then put the fire above it.

You could still do this without the BSP Viewer by using Cord Finder, you wouldn't be able to view the fire in the BSP Viewer anyways because it doesn't render the effects, because a fire is nothing but a effect.

Or you could... Get the rocket co-ordinates... And more the y or x co-ordinates by a bit over. Maybe change the effect of the fire to be blue with a nice effect on it. :wink:

That would be pretty cool, and I'll take a look for that program. The thing that is bothering me the most right now is that no spawns for anything show up and the level has no backgroung sound. Trying to figure that out.

thanks man. Hey does anybody know which tag the vehicle spawns are in, and what its called? If I had that i could get pretty close to finishing this. :D

They spawn throught the Netgame Equipment reflexive. They end with .vehc.

I overwrote the Netgame Equipment of coag over geminis'( my snowy coag )... shouldn't that have fixed it? If its supposed to it didn't. :cry: There are still no vehicles.. but im still workin and learnin.. eventually.

^^ You need to add the tags... So remember how you transferred the weat tag? Transfer all the "itmc" and all the "vehc" tags.
Then transfer the Netgame equipment :wink:
Also make sure you transferred objective locations and Special spawns.
