should I continue working on this mod?

I recently (today) started a mod for the underwater portion of delta halo (the one you don't play in). I moved the 100 some spawn points from waterworks to applicable locations. The only other thing I've done is made the staligtights attatched to an upper cliff overhang, which looks really cool. It seems like a good idea. The only problem is the WHOLE map ground is one single repeating texture and it really bothers me. Wondering if anyone thinks its worth continuing to work on, or has any suggestions. Ask if you wanna see a screenie.

Whenever I run into these type of problems, I ask myself "What would Jesus do?" And then I realize that Jesus probably wouldn't mod Halo and I get depressed.
