IPB SCRIPT!!!

i think the script should eb changed to IPB. Its easier for the users to stuff, and also easier on the admins. The admin panel has much more options and preferences

Well, theres mods on this site that work for PHP, (not quite sure if IPB has the same,) that are helpful, like the post reporting, and such, so I think it should stay.

Yes, but I think that a lot of things that will never change are obvious. The again, I could be mistaken.
