Halo PC not loading

Post by Cheeze Man »

i used to play halo PC alot, but i haven't played it for ages, i suddenly decided a few weeks ago that i would play it, so i installed it and tryed to play it, took ages for it to load, llooked like it was jammed then i got a message saying: "Cannot Locate the Halo CD-ROM
Please insert the correct Halo CD-ROM, and Select OK and restart application" in desperation i patched it to 1.07 and i still get the same thing, the promlem extends to Halo CE as well, i've tryed in my other CD drive and even my other OS (on same computer) but with no luck what so ever

NO, it is not a pirate copy, it is my own, it looks brand new apart from the finger prints at the edges, which i have cleaned off but it still doesn't work!
and i have tried it in the other CD drive, that is about a month old.
could it be something to do with my computers hardware set-up?, because that is the only thing i have changed since i last played it

wipe youre machine.
Back up any important files you might have.

Get a new computer :)
