If i purchase two video cards one a 8800 and a 7900 and put them on a single video card will they work as one or do you have to have the same video card.
You must have the one video card, even if you put 2 in your computer, when you started the game it would ask you wich video card you wanted to use, they dont work as one
If you have that much money....~1400$ have fun.It doesn't make any sense to waste so much money.You will never need that much processing power.No game supports it right now.
Ya well right now they dont but when vista comes out they will be. Anyways I just wanted to know. Ill probly just go and buy a 7900 then upgrade the mother board and get another when I need more power.

Worry about the Now. Vista is going to be relaesed sometime next year, so go for a solid card that would support both.
