u need to upload them to an FTP server...like prohosting.com...

Download WinRAR, compress it as best you can, and then register on http://files.halomods.com/ and you'll see a space down the bottom of the posting thingy for uploading files.

Or you could do what Equinox said...it's your choice.

When I download HMT (any version) all i get is a folder called HMT.ReleaseCandidate and inside there is one file; BitmLib.dll. Whats wrong? If that IS the right file, how do you use it?
