The Halo CE download doesn't finish!

Sorry if this is the wrong pace to put this, but I have tried 3 different sites, and 8 different times to download Halo custom edition. Each time I try and download it I have a normal speed (about 160kbps) but between %20 and %80 it freezes. It never starts again one it freezes either. I have left the frozen download for 7 hours and still no more progress. What can I do to make this work?!

Try a download manager.
