skinning with active or animated pictures?

How do you do it... You know what i mean with like .gif file extensions. I would really like to know because i cant find this out. If you know could you teach me or at least point me in the direction of a tutorial. ty

no i know that you can i have seen it before... just nobody will tell me except one guy but he is gone right now. And he wont be back for a week and i dont want to wait that long.

You could use an effect that has a scrolling bitmap and use that.

i'm not sure but maybe some of the values in the bitmap modify the animations like scrolling, i dunno.

Well, he wants to replace a texture with an animation. I don't think this is possible, even though they are able to do it in SP somehow...
