out of all the maps ive played with a Civilian Warthogs this one has gotto be the BEST one ever and its the first one ive seen with a working elevator although its having some trouble in the second version still a good job though.and that snowhog is awesome never seen any thing like it before
i wish i knew how to make maps

hey i have some ideas about some maps ive been wanting to creat if you want in on it i can =^.^= sence im too dumb to make them =P

That's the map Hypothermia, which contains the civilian warthog. There are some other maps that have the other warthogs, I just can't remember them right now. Try searching.

This is for halo CE, not pc. Don't know why it was put in PC outstanding mods.
