umm... actually if you read the official haloween contest http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=60540its called HALOween due to the fact its about halo and its halloween put them both together and wut do u have HALOWEEN

i told u it had to do with the shader template >.< there might be a way to have it have two colors of your own choice but im too busy with my mod to research it right now.
well ya i was thinkin the same thing wut about this
make a copy of the sword and its bitmaps then color to wut color the bitm's wut u want then swap the shaders with that new copied sword to the original. I mean when i swapped the shaders with my sword and the br in my beta it was that yellowy look like the sword so in thought it could work but havent tried it.
Hey, are you still going to make the plasma rifle orange and crap, because that would help you out a lot in the contest, but your mod looks great so far.
the pics looked great, so I dl'ed but the spartans truthfully look like shit. the pumpkins are creative. the fog doesn't fit well and the elite seems more suited for a hellish themed mod. Not too much stuff to my liking, the sword looks cool, but it seems likea shader swap.. so 5/10 reason I gave a 5 (kinda harsh) because this isn't really fully themed material for a contest, I mean it's good but a little more time and effort would have gotten you an 8 I give 5 because it's incomplete and somethings have sound errors and that really annoying buzzing sound when you die. And there's a few spot's on the elite that look jsut plain ugly. otherwise it's decent for a mod but not exactly my type..
well the elite is supposed to be floody which i like it if you dont o well but thanks for your input if you have any suggestions youd like me to add in then pm me or im me with them ive gotten word that i can update and untill halloween so i still have time to implement them.
