I knew I was right. In math today, our teacher spent the whole time(about 40 minutes) arguing with us that you can't prove congruntness with AAS.(With a faulty counter proof i might add). Her counter proof was trying to prove that 2 or 3 congruent angles can't prove congruentness between triangles. She even yelled at us for think aas was right.

Please give me a better word then "congruentness".

ASS can work, but only for right triangles with a pair of congrunt corresponding legs and congrunt hypotenuses.

AAS works, SSA does not. Only time I can think of that SSA would work is when the known angle is between the 2 sides, which is the basis of the law of cosines which you will learn in trig. AAS works because it is the basis for the law of sines, which you will also learn in trig.

im a visual person, so i like geometry best, i think alg is worst, i like to see what im doing and why it is that way instead of just looking at a formula and doing stuff with it

The melting point of gold is 1947 degrees F. Express this temperature in degrees in Celsius and in Kelvins.

T(f)=(9/5)*T(c) + 32.0
(1947-32)*(5/9)=1064 degrees Celsius
T(c)=1064 degrees Celsius
T=T(c) + 273
T=1064+273
T=1337 K
Totally did this problem in physics today.

Nice.
That's a pretty easy problem though, I hope you do more than conversions.
I'm taking AP Physics this year, it's really fun. We're dealing with kinematics in 2 dimensions, and now static and dynamic friction.

Fun? I couldn't stand Physics 101 so I transfered out into an extra math class. I guess it depends on the teacher, cause my teacher sucked major un-1337ness.

Haha, o god no. We do much harder stuff thats just one little piece of the chapter that we just brushed over. Im only in Pre-AP, because I unforantly have a job, and im in in Macro Economics and Chemistry Pre-Ap at the same time, and I play club soccer, very hard for me to take AP classes and successfully pass them. :(

Yeah my teacher is pretty cool. It's a really hard class and he makes that clear, but it's also really fun.

mine never taught our side of the class. it was divided, ap on one side and regular on the other. the only way to get questions on the tests right was to make up a bunch of numbers and write the answer sloppy so he couldnt read it. i decided it was better to not have a class 1st period then to go to physics. so i got unscheduled.
