Could I Make A Model Of The Jackel Shield And Then Make It Like An Active Camo Or Something So When U Pick It Up It Become A Jackel Shield On U???

Nope, because you can't change the active camo into a ricochetting armor. You'd need to make it a weapon and give it the proper collision model.

You'd have to do some, well a lot of coding. Your best bet would be to take the model of a jackal, somehow get the sheild off, create it as a weapon in CE, you'd of course have to assign it the properties of the Jackal sheild which I dunno is possible or not, then you have to take it and convert it to a PC tag. If you are a beginning modder, I suggest you keep to something...simpler >_>

Plus the shield and the jackal could be encoded as one. It could be almost impossible for beginners to sort the codes out. And your most likely to screw up.
