spawn mods?

would i get banned if i asked how to make your own spawn mod? not asking but if i did would that be a ban? im just curious because i played this guy who could shoot once and kill 5 people with bullets flying out of him in every direction. dont get me wrong here i am NOT going to use this on xbox live because i have an UNMODDED xbox 360 with only 1 live account on it and i wanted to try and make my own spawn mod on my original xbox, which by the way is modded, but i do not have a live account for it because my parents wouldnt let me use their credit card number. i guess i cant actually prove all of this to you guys but if i really wanted to i could just download spawn mods but i would rather know how to create your own or how its done.

WTF was the point of this topic? Why didn't u just ask how to make a spawn mod, your entire post just made me cautious of you. Next time just post your question, if it's illegal then you won't get an answer. It's that simple.

Go on the files forums and download entity to mod your maps, it has a lot of features, explore it a bit. You can change your spawn points from it too.
