Don't support cheating applications. CMR is used to create maps that can be run on Xbox LIVE and that is a nono. Therefor, put Halo 2 on your HDD, resign the maps with an application like DotHalo or Entity and then add the maps to the main menu and eventually back to your xbox.

it will only be there if you are using the crappy 1.1 patch, if you load the game withhout 1.1 running, you can mod a LOT more stuff, BUT the new maps wont appear in the main menu, thats why you have to add them with HEX.

Just apply this patch to your mainmenu.map and all the new maps will be added. It was made by Snave.

yes you do just apply the patch to you main menu.map then disable the AU by going to the "E:/TDATA and the one that ends in 64" and renameing C$ to C$1 or something else.

Make sure you put the maps in the Tdata folder into the maps folder in your halo 2 folder.
