Yeah when you use entity to skin ascension the bipeds dissapear. I stated that in the bugs part.

I'll try not to put the work of others down but entity is a shit program for skinning...
There are a few old programs which I love for skinning...
They are ADI, ch2r 0.5.3 and ch2r 0.9.3 each have their own strangths and weaknesses but they really can do things effectivly...ch2r 0.9.3 is useful for changing the injection format if needed, ADI is useful for injecting all kinds of bitmaps, ch2r 0.5.3 is good for alot too
Well they are my personal favourites for it...I reccommend you try them instead of entity.

Lets just say I learned that the hard way, or maybe it eas easy making a beautiful skin and then all the sudden your mc is invisible. Well if anything it was a sad moment.

Here's my review...
The textures you used are good only one of them is tiled (The large base's) which is a good thing...
However the blending of the skin just isnt there...It goes from sand to polished wood to dirty wood with layers of moss in between. The colours are very contrasting from yellow to green to brown to grey which are all very strong in the skin. It looks like you made a custom sky fog out of the sand texture and that looks really good.
The inclusion of weapon skins adds some nice touches to the level and same with the inclusion of palm trees with colission.
One thing I did notice was though the green moss was moving subtly...I thought that was great! Until closer inspection revealed that the bitmap was corrupted

Wow i realy like the idea of putting water up there... i thought about that yesterday hahahah... oh well good job beating me to it,,but u need a new skin... and maybe add some water if u can to the middle thing its like a bowl anyways...

Well this is like the first thing ive ever done and posted. What should I improve on. Im making a version 2 for Burial Mounds and Ill try to blend it a little more for the AI contest. I think with some new textures (some might be the same) it will fit that level well. Accepting constructive criticism.

I really like the skin, all except for the texture on the big base, and the ring in the sky.
If you think it looks better with out a ring, try going under the sky skin in entity and nulling the bitm.

Yeah I got much inspiration from that. I thought why not make a map with waterfalls all over it. I did have like 7 main waterfalls but thanks to entity again for screwing up and making them appear halfway from where they should. So I ended up with two main ones and 17 small ones. I was going to add a pool of water in the middle and connect a stream and waterfall flowing off the side. But I found out I didnt have enough time. If I dont win ill probably update and mod it with all these suggestions with active scenery such as birds and maybe something to fit the battle theme, as this skin has a lot of potential and ideas.

Well it was an old civilian structure. More trees would have taken away from the theme, and plus it didnt look good.
