it is unfair. and as scottygee already said he will not change that.
it is unfair to the people already started skinning their ascension.
the contest started 10 days ago.
what about the people almost finished their skin?
they got the disadvantage not having water in their map due to the lack of time.

so please stop discussing that now.
maybe for the next skinning contest but not yet anymore..

Headshot. People already skinning can add water to their skinned map. But yes, it is unfair. Its not only about me, I know water may be cool, but i agree, i think its unfair that some people can't do it. UNLESS, someone wants to take my mod and reskin it for themselves, i will allow it, IF Scotty will
And adding my water to their skinned map would be easy. Extract recursive and parsef sbsp out of both maps(mine and yours) and take the .sbsp files from mine and replace yours

No. I didn't ripped anything. I used the weapons in Delphia is a guide to help me skin my weapons but if u dont belive me extract the bitmap in dothalo. ur'll see that they're diffrent. As for the Br if u save that bitmap in DX1 Alpha in photoshop(which its not suppose to be save as) close it out and then open it up it turns the weapons black. I did this with the magnum and smg but the turn out too black for the map so I scrapped them but i can make another sppf with them in there to show i didnt ripped anything.
Headshot if I did ripped something from your map it would've been ur cool number plate. I love ur map man.


But open the map up and ur'll see that I made the weapons. I dont like to be lable as a ripper but I'll change the weapons if theres a problem.

Edit: After viewing my map i realize that I injected the wrong smg.dds. This was intentional and I will change it asap. Thanks for pointing this out. I was shocked when I heard the content was ripped but now I kno the mistake was my fault. Also, I checked the othe bitmaps and theyre mine. Thanks again.

Ugh, Back to ripped content accusations...You people need PROOF! Open the map up and see what tags are in it. If it has imported tags, its stolen.

1. It may be unfair to you but I have another opinion and I respect yours. So respect mine please.
2. The people that almost finished their skin are hoping to win. Therefore they should be producing the same outcome no matter what anyone elses' is. They want to win, so they make it the best they can. Adding water shouldn't make a difference in their ability to skin in the first place.
3. There is no disadvantage. Everyone has the same resources given to them. It's up to them to utilize what's been placed before them.

I have respected Scotty's final say. I was not telling him to change the rules. I simply stated my opinion.

Ok I fixed my mistake with the whole ripped smg accident. Wow what a big mistake to make especially for a contest.

I double checked this one. Also, the trees still dont have collision bc even if i did give them collision I cant move the scenery. (my comp wont let me view my maps in a sbsp viewer).

Ok mang, I hope not to stop you from entering the contest but erm...I am the judge I open up and compare each map I found the proof myself..What am I to do? Upload the fucking dds file get myself banned just to probve it to you even though I, the judge knows its freakin ripped?

I said no ripped skins WHATSOEVER! If people were stupid enough to use ripped content its their problem.

I thought the skin was good...I'll check the one that claims not to have ripped content in a minute or so...

Nice skin xheadshotmastax, ok i'm posting this because i am a noob and am trying to make a skin for the contest, since a lot of very good skinners are looking through these pages i thought i would ask a question,
How (or can I) fix the ugly green and pink in my skin!
