I do believe that taking a picture and adding completely random things to it is considered "spam".

I know how to do my job. I've seen a million topics like that go down the drain. Even if it was not "out of hand" yet, it was bound to happen soon eough. And I stopped it before it started.

If you want a real explination though, look in the rules for the cafe.
