Three things! "MY OPINON" One Neon Stinks At Modding, Second Hes a MM Cheater! Third thing... He wouldn't be as known if it wasent for his skinner which is a tight skinner, last thing some of his "Fun Modz" had auto aim on every wep... which is sad...

As said before, PPF Neon is a cheater. Those jerk offs have their own website completely dedicated to cheating. And the so called fun mods are simple projectile swaps that are only fun to a beginner modder.

his skinner is a terrible skinner and he also cheats in MM
