I don't think that editing the lightmapping would really count as a skin but please try to get better pictures because that picture you got doesn't show a whole lot of the skin.

thats not it there are other stuff in it and i don't have a capture card or anything like that so i had to use a digital camera. sorry

Try this Yelo:Trainer it can take alot better pictures.

yea im not sure tahts even skin, try getting photoshop or paintshop pro then get the DDS plugin and skin up the bitmaps

that sucks really bad if you don't have an original xbox. Seeing how you can't use trainers on the 360. There's really nothing anybody can do to help you get better pictures then. And from the look of those, they aren't doing any justice what so ever.

how can you possibly skin a lightmap?
i could make 10 skins like this in a day with the uberlightmaptool
