Its called Shader plasma. I forgot where it is in the offset list. Its somthing to do with shader.

no its not there........ i tried to change it one time and i couldnt find it anywhere so i gave up

Did you read this post? Anyway I did see something to do with a fuel rod gun from a SP level. But there is the smoke cloud from the tank in there isn't it? That could be usefull.
