My other account has been hax0r3d and now some 1 changed my stupid avatar to a small big black x when i made account... and it wont let me change it wtf is going on?

Your avatar was removed because you're stupid and you had a 1024x768 image there. What the hell did you think was going to happen. And nobody "h4x0red" it... an admin did it. And try to use the edit button on your posts instead of triple posting.

I would but for some reason in this section of the forum i cannot edit... also i was testing my avatar and when i was submitting it it was getting resized too big so i removed it and was working on a smaller one but then my account was hax0r3d "IIDark OwnageII"

You know that you have the same Ip as the guest who posted right? Unless the person came to your house and used your computer, he couldn't take your Ip.

You don't know what your talking about. If you get hacked, the ip of the hacker would be different then your normal ip.(Unless you hacked yourself or let someone on your computer)
