The bitmap for the blue plasma flash on banshee
the one that appears with primary fire- I don't mean the actual projectile, I mean the blue flash - anyone know where this bitmap is?

"cryo glass" is a bitmap that is completely blank - we use it where we need an invisible object. for example, use this tut to remove the gunner seat from the warthog:
1. disable all the collision model parts of the hog gunner seat.
2. change the gunner seat name to something the MC can't drive, I.E. "noonegunner"
3. copy the meta of the bitmap "cryo glass", and paste it in the fields for "warthog chaingun" and "warthog chaingun multipurpose".
done! no more annoying gunner...
note: the above was the only example I could think of. so dont sue me for old knowledge.

it's pretty straightforward. dependancy swapping... for example, with it you can swap the actual bullet a gun fires instead of having to swap the projectile. just look at it.New Age wrote:someone write a tut about HHt... im still confused.

Yeah can someone plz answer daves question because im stuck in the same mess. I made a duplication of the banshee and made it fire chainguns as its primary function. It looks cool except for the fact that there are really gay blue flashes every time i shoot its guns. Hey and what is cryo glass actually used for in every level? Is there a bitmap for cloaking?
