The lighting doesnt seem to match the sky much, it looks like the sky is around dusk time, but the lighting just seems too white

I agree, don't forget that a light's intensity can be a negative number.

Just curious, but where is the sun setting? aka where is the light coming from?

theoretically, the light is infront of him but it appears to be behind him.

Looks really good, but it doesn't make sense that the rough surface of that bike would be reflecting the environment like that.
