What do u need to use .rar and how do u use it?

You need to Download WinRAR from www.rarlabs.com.

After you Download a File that is in .rar Format you need to Extract it.

i know i do have winrar but how do i use it

To use a .rar file right click on the file and click "extract here", you can also extract the files to anywhere on your computer with the "extract to" option. Also this really isnt in the right forum, try the Tech Questions & Problems area.
