The BK Stacker
comes in 3 sizes. Double, Triple, and The Quad.
Looks Big on TV, but for safety Reasons, The double is about the size of a Mc Donalds Cheeseburger.

7/10

In&Out

***Only available in California.

Probably the BEST burger west of the Mississippi,If not the United States. The best Catch of this Burger, ALL the ingredients are fresh. Never Frozen. everything is cut in the building. Fries come into the building whole Potatos, and out, in your stomach. Hand-Cut, lightly fried goodness. Even Better is the Hidden Menu. Different Styles, and preparations of your food, and a ton of other stuff.

I will admit, if there's one thing I miss from my fast food eating days, it would be In & Out Burger. Our exclusive little franchise. California FTW!

Noooo! That is about the worst thing you can do if you are working out. Since I started lifting in April, I have limited myself to having fast food once every month or every two months. While trying to bulk up and increase your calorie intake, make sure it is from good food or supplements. Fast food completely undermines what you are trying to accomplish. Look into a weight gainer protein shake if you want that many calories and still stay healthy. I take Perfect 1100 shakes(along with other shakes) and if you mix it with milk while making it, you will get 1100 calories from it. Drink one of them a day, have 3-4 good meals, and a protein bar or two and you will get your 6000 calorie mark.

or eat a hell of a lot of bread for carbohydrates, fuits for nutrients, some meat for protein, water for hydration. but then again, i'm not exactly weight training here XD.
