im try to fix somethink in my bsp conversion.

at the moment have fix CTF and KOTH.
now want fix the green light of gondola and key. have try nulled out something but nothing. someone can explain me what exactly must nulled out?

You have to null out the lightmap, its in the scnr tag, or you can give it a different shader (which is the option I would go with becuase a nulled light map looks kinda crappy, especailly if you want it dark)
