What is this?

Ok I was looking through the .xbe and found this(without the quotes in it):

(I put in the line seperators)at offset 0x450694
is this AI calls or something. Theres more stuff like it like Buggers, idle, alert, post combat. I was just wandering if this had any meaning, and if anyone knew anything about it.

Yeah, I would imagine that these are scripting calls, that are triggered by events that are handled by code in the XBE.
