Yeah I just might, but not right away. (hope someone else doesn't start one)

It's funny how I still don't even know what the emblems are actually given for...

I know it's kind of obvious but none are specific.

srry bout the double, but in trep's avatar it said emblem contest winner, so maybe u should make another contest for more people to win

But then there would too many emblems and for the new emblems I think it might have to do with making funny comments just a guess.

If it went by 100s I'd have a 67 (nearing 68).

I'm pretty sure it's for lengthy, descriptive posts on either a mod or skin or whatever.

Judging by the names of the emblems, I would have to guess that they are given to those who download mods, and give their opinion of them. But I'm not sure because some users that don't post too often such as greennc have the second chevron. Has someone been identified with the 3rd chevron yet?

Well I haven't seen anyone with the third chevron but I'm pretty sure it's for good input.

Forge has the scond chevron...

Before anyone checks, Iron_Forge only has the 2nd one, and The Swamp Fox doesn't have it at all.

Well, all of those guys (as far as I know) are Halo 2 modders mainly.

I guess that narrows it down... a little...

You missed trigger_six for the 1st chevron, and kibito87 for the second chevron.

My guess as to "how" they are given, would be the user frequently visits the Serenity Repository, downloads mods, and rates them accordingly...Rather than making long posts in a topic, considering a few names I see that have them, that rarely post.

Exactly.

I think the key to figuring it out is to find out how TimHC got the emblem, is there a way to check if he has infact visited the repository?
