Importing biped into blood gulch

I have been trying to import bipeds(elites, marines ect. ect.) for several days now. But when i try to load the game( after batch extracting and map rebuilding) i get Mr. Exeption. So if u could help me out that would be great. THX

u trying to skin it or just put those things in there??
if u are trying to put elites in it then u cant
but if u are trying to skin it u dont have to rebuild it u have to go into HMT3 then go to biped then go to the thing u wont change u can inject a skin u made with photoshop or swap it with some thing else

I've tried this too. It's possible to make yourself a grunt in bg, I've seen it.
