Can someone make me a mod where i can jump on to the buildings and cranes in headlong im not to good with dothalo and entity.

Have you looked through any of the tutorials? Just go into biped tag in dothalo and pick either elite or the masterchief that doesn't have single player in its name. Then just increase the jump height.
