and also, i see what you mean when you say physical appearance reflects personality, and i agree. but i think i succeeded in pointing out that having a relationship be 100% personality one way is total bullshit. sure, a senile old guy and a 900 pound whale might fall in love, but it's not going to have anything to do with physical attraction. (unless they're both just that desperate)

A friend of mum's in her early 30s (pretty hot, too) married a guy who was in his mid 60s, because she just couldn't resist his personality. Personality holds a LOT of power.
