I also noticed this in Alius Bos, but its probably a skull meant to be in-game but was never completed.

actually, Cowbell is the name of the unamed skull. If you activate all the skulls in a certain order, the unamed skull being the last one, it will say "Cow Bell" instead of nothing at all.

In all my HIH days, I've never heard that confirmed. As far as I know, neither skull is confirmed.

What Tural said. I was an active member of HIH up until the got the new forums and removed the modding forum.. Cowbell is not in the game. If Cowbell was something, HIH would have discovered it already.

My Xbox wasnt modded at that time. Ill try to do it again, but it takes hours and hours of work o.O

Oh, and for some reason, the IWHBYD skull isnt appearing anymore o.O

Edit: By the way, if you wanna try it on your own, here is the order they need to be in:

Envy

Ghost

Angry

Thunderstorm

Famine

Iron

Blind

Grunt Birthday Party

Black eye

Catch

Sputnik

IWHBYD

Mythic

Assassins

Unamed <--- It will say Cowbell

Try to avoid the series of line breaks. Anyways, this has gotten off topic. I'll believe it when I see it on HIH.

Edit: Five hours, fourteen skulls later (All on Legendary, no mods whatsoever, in the order you listed), I listen to Johnson rant, grab the unnamed skull and... nothing. You're wrong. Fail.

How about, you throw all the skulls into one level, and just pick them up, including the unnamed. Hell make it a mod :P half of us havent seen all the skulls. And include some ai around you. It would be cool for project yellow's ai stopper thing.

The effects are stored somewhere globally I believe, and last I heard, SoL couldn't find it.
