lol. Back in elementary, I remember taking one of the most valuable digimon cards and lighting it in front of a kid that loved digimon, he cried.Cuda wrote:No. On the schoolyard, it was considered a blatant ripoff of Pokemon.noxiousraccoon wrote:Digimon anyone?
Childhood
Digmon was unanimously shunned by every kid I knew in and out of school, but some dumb bastards actually got into it for a while. Pokemon ended up going strong long after Digimon died a horrible, painful death fading into nothing. Pokemon later followed suit, with their only remaining anchor in pop culture being a largely-ignored spinoff series.
How many Marvel cartoons were there? There was Spiderman, X-Men, Fantastic 4, the Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, and then the Avengers and Ghost Rider made guest appearances from time to time. Too bad they only play re-runs of the first two nowadays.

i always adjusted the timers till they stopped using them.Explosive American wrote:Haven't you forgotten labeling all video games as "nintendo"? Playing your one hour of "Nintendo time" with the egg timer? When the Re-Deads scared you out of playing Zelda for months? When sleep-overs didn't seem awkward? When you thought that nothing was too expensive for an adult?
