I think I know how to do neons. Change the hogs light to the plasma glow, and change its coordinates to under the hog, and set the hog lights for always on. Or you could POSSIBLY add another light. Maybe. Just a guess.

very nice skin, but you should try modeling your hog a little bit, just to make it looking mor like the Evo. 9/10

There's one thing I forgot to write in the tutorial, and since it's been moved to the tutorial section I can't edit it.

You might want to Null the lens effect of Ghost_Plasma_Vent to make your neons look better.

Your signature is oversized, read the rules and fix it. This is not the place to ask that. Just inject a black bump over them to null them.
