What's happened in the past 3 days?

Ok, I've been away, and over the past three days the front page of every single forum has been wiped off.

So.. Can someone give it to me in a nutshell?

PS. Hello from Shawnee State University, I'm at a game programming "camp".

Multi-Genre left; as a result, both Doctor and wes spammed the forums with goodbye-ORLY owl pictures. Doctor was given a two-week ban, while wes was given a permanent ban.

shouldnt spam they deserve what they get, poor 56kers didnt even see it coming, they'll be pressing ctrl+alt+delete all night long, laaaaaaaaaaagggggggg.

however i do not have this problem

edit: also i had to ignore the overwhelming urge to post an o rly owl in this after you said "i'll pretend i didnt here that"

it would have been classic, but possibly earned me a ban.

I sympathize with wes. I too was banned because of my own stupidity. I didn't know about bumping, but I learned fast! I don't think it should be a permanent ban. Mabye 2 months.

P.S. If i did something wrong by posting this, please don't ban me!

Serously, unban wes please. That guy is awesome.... And um...Why is bacon no longer a Admin?

Anyway wes is cool, if you unban him I'm sure he will stop spamming.
