it would look the same, there is no floating water debree, It would just look the same except with a flat something ontop
can you import watery-fog like on the great journey?

some water fog is in the shape of weather, like the convertable water bsps

The Ghost did this back in CE. It was a cool idea, but the collision on the water made it unfun. Hoepfully you will have better luck with this one. Looks cool and great work none the less.

How do you transfer water with Entity? I tried once and must've gotten it wrong.

looks good, i added water to ascension after i did beaver creek but it still looks funny, its in early beta still, i might post a wip in a week or so, whenever i get around to fixing some problems.

the water in my beaver creek has semi collision, grenades and weapon fire make splashes. also yeah add a waterfall, i did in beaver creak right near where the rocket would spawn and it looks awesome.


have you seen flood season ? it's in my sig.


edit: also add the fog from mainmenu.map and lower it if you want fog in the water, it worked nice for me, also if you just raise it slightly above the water then it will look like a lake at dawn kind of, very calming and pretty, until i slaughter the blue team. stupid blue team.

My question as well, Snaku. Everybody's talking about how easy it is, and when I tried it, it didn't work. It's a possibility I did it wrong, however.
Halo 3 ruined everything..

whats up with the bit of water in the ccave with the invesible shild??

is it enough water to change the level with the entity plugin, like this or is it a new way?

If the map has the main chunk for water than all you have to do is copy the water reflexive from Zanzibar and overwrite the one in your map and you should have water. That's one way I did it. The other way is by hexing all the way, which I am still working on.

Yeah I noticed that last night when I was looking at coagulation in Entity. So I thought the same thing but I don't want to try this on coagulation maybe foundation because it has a chunk for water too.
