PC helpers needed

I need someone who can help me with recreating this for PC: http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=54996 I had started it and then my computer had issues with campaign so I can't check my work and make sure it is running properly.

maybe i can help, looks like a lot of fun and very interesting. i have a sweet idea for a mod of my own that im goign to start when i get back but i can maybe help with this first. ill pm u since this is kinda old....
