alright then its many of phen's ducks

now that i think about it, i think that the emblem people dont have to be mods/jr admins/admins. i bet there are a couple of people who arent part of the staff and know there stuff who give out emblems for their "category" or the parts of modding they specialize in.

i dunno...i was just thinking of some names off the top of my head. and maybe my theory isnt true...jsut an idea.. you get the idea

yea that could be a problem. but there are plenty of people worthy of distributing emblems that are soft spoken and could pretend not to know/not even post about it.

I wouldn't imagine those people in your list having the power to give out emblems, but I bet my bottom dollar they find the people who deserve an emblem, and inform the highers.

to me it makes more sense that for some emblems it is given by a program or something and for some other emblems its manually

Perhaps they just point out skill, and put in a good word for those deserving? And then the Chief Emblem God, gives out the emblems.
