To move spawna, all you need to do is move it in Entity's bsp viewer. To do that. Go here: http://haloplugins.com/index.php?view=entity to download the latest version of Entity (NOTE: Do not download Entity beta 1.1.7 because it has an error with the bsp viewer!!!). Once you have Entity downloaded, run it. Then, go to the sbsp tag, and click on the bsp there. Then, go to the little plus sign at the top, click on it, then click View BSP. As show in th epicture here:

Then, wait for the BSP Viewer to load. once it load, click on Visible Spawns at the top and click on Collection (to view the weapons/vehicles) or on anything els. Then just select it in the BSP Viewer and move it using the arrow keys.

Here are the BSP Viewer controls:
-Controls for SBSP Viewer-

D=Right

Z=Down

Down Arrow=Item Moves Backwards
Left Arrpw=Item Moves Left
Right Arrow=Item Moves Right
PG UP=Item Rises
PG Down=Item Lowers
Left Click(hold) + shift + move mouse=Tilts Item North/South
Left Click(hold) + ctrl + move mouse=Tilts Item Rotates Object
Left Click(hold) + alt + move mouse=Tilts Item East/West

Increase camera speed + (plus sign)
Decrease camera speed - (minus sign)

-Hold control, shift, or alt and use the left mouse button will rotate selected object.
-Select more then one object at a time try click the box not the object.

No problem. And, to remove scopes from weapons, ll you have to do is open up your map in DotHalo, go to the weap tag, then, in the tag Editor change Zoom Levels/Min/Mas Zoom Level all to 0 and make sure the Disable Binaculats box is checked. As shown in the picture here:

And for your final question. To change the amount of damage a weapon does, keep DotHalo open. This time, go to the jpt! [Damage Effect] tag, then click on the damage effect you want ot change. Then, in the tag editor, change the min/max damage (note, this won't take affect unless the auto updates are turned off, curse you auto updates! curse you!). As shown in the picture here:

or you can pase and copy the meta offset of another thing in that tag. That's another way to do it.
