Gametype Mods?

Gametype Mods?
How can i mod it so i can mod the gametypes i create. In other words how can i mod it so that i can have the kill limit set to....500, or 1000? Are there apps out there to mod gametypes, if so can someone point me in the right direction of a good one?

lol theres a way to do it w/ only changing the blam.lst
well i found a way but it sure as hell aint easy so far i can do the scores easily and well its all i can do
time limits are quite screwy
vehicles are coded strangley and cant get them any higher than 4 each(working on it)
those are pretty much most of the main things which is why im doin them if u want a gametype customized ill do it cant explain it tell me every setting EXACTLY as u want it (score/assault for ctf on or off whatever)make a list, score is all i can do for now been tweaking it for awhile and thats all i got to show for it so make a list of what u want in one
