If it is banned, it is banned for a reason. If you want to dispute it, PM or e-mail and admin and they'll try to sort it out.

That user was an XBL modder. He will not be unbanned from the files.

Ok thank you. That was his sig on his forum. Before u ban it he was translat the information on halomods for the french modders to help us because they have problem to understhand in english.

Obviously the "translator" translated badly if he thought "Modder" somehow translated to "bridger" and "Hacker".
