just a little problem with loading mods up properly

k guys, ive got the hang of editing maps and then placing them into my xbox, and them playing them ( thanx to mrballl) bnut i still have minor problems. my biggest problem is finding a decent tutorial that shows you how to make didfferent projectiles come out of different wepons (ex. wraith shots comeing out of a pp) or spawning spartans and elites. also, i experiment with dot halo alot and i close the map and encrypt it and send it to my xbox. then when i try to load it the game freezes. when i said i've got the hang of editing maps, what i mean is all i did was made all wepons dual wieldable .... so could someone help me ty everyone!

For different projectiles coming out of your gun go to the weap tag and click your weapon and go to the Dependencies window and go to the proj tag and click it. Then at the top you will see two drop down boxes. To make Spartans come out of the weapon change the first one to bipd then change the longer drop down box to the spartan_mp. To make other weapon projectiles come out just go to the weap tag ands click your weapon like before and and go to the dependencies window and click the proj and change the longer drop down box to whatever you want to shoot out. Make sure if you change anything in the dependencies window to click Save in the dependencies window before you do anything else.
