Halo PC maps converted to xbox?

Can someone give me the link that has the following PC maps converted so that they are playable in multiplayer on the xbox? Has this been done yet?

Timberland
Gephyrophobia
Danger Canyon
Death Island
Icefields
Infinity

I guess Hizlo did it but what is the name of the map pack?
It's not cxe or NMP I know that.

Sorry, this can be locked. I found the file that I was looking for. I was asking what the name of the map pack was because I was unsure.
