no photoshop

i dont have photoshop or paint shop pro and i love skinning.
Can some one give me a link to a free program that suports dds the gimp plugins didnt work.

Just click one of the mirros and make sure you have your pop up blocker off. Also this for windows.

Heres the plugin.
You will need DXTBMP to convert back to DDS.

Look for a plugins folder and put it there I would assume.

Well you could download Photoshop or PSP. But if you can't you could use the dreaded...M$ Paint. If you do use M$ paint then you will need to download that DXTBMP Program in my post to convert the bitmaps.

ok so i got dxtbmp thing and i opened a warthogg dds in it then saved it as a bitmap image then what program do i use to edit it? paint or sumtin?
